Overview & Scope
The 6th International British Congress on Interdisciplinary Scientific Research is an international academic platform that brings together researchers, scholars, professionals, and institutions from around the world to present original research, exchange knowledge, and establish interdisciplinary collaborations. The congress welcomes contributions from all scientific disciplines and provides opportunities for publication, international networking, and academic cooperation. Organised in a hybrid format in Westminster, London, the congress aims to promote scientific excellence, innovation, and sustainable global research partnerships through high-quality academic sessions and discussions.

Scientific sessions will be organised according to disciplines and research topics to ensure meaningful academic interaction. This structure will bring together participants working in similar fields and on related research topics, providing valuable opportunities to present their work, exchange ideas, receive constructive feedback, and establish new national and international research collaborations.

Submission Guidelines & Submission Steps

1. Abstract Submission
Submit your abstract (150–300 words) to
info@britishcongress.co.uk by January 10, 2027.

2. Peer Review
All submissions undergo peer review. Authors will receive the evaluation result within 3 working days.

3. Registration & Payment
After receiving the Letter of Acceptance, complete your registration payment by January 15, 2027 and email your payment receipt.

4. Final Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed after payment verification, and an official acceptance letter will be issued.

5. Scientific Programme
The final programme will be published on January 20, 2027. Please check the programme for your presentation schedule.

6. Conference Participation
The programme will include the Zoom access details for online participants and the conference venue in Westminster, London for onsite participants.

7. Presentation & Certificate
Present your research on the scheduled date. Digital Certificates of Participation will be issued to all registered authors after the congress.

8. Full Paper Submission (Optional)
Submission of a full paper is optional. Authors wishing to publish in the ISBN Proceedings Book should submit their manuscript in Microsoft Word format by February 5, 2027 via email to

Important Notes

  • Please complete your registration payment only after receiving the official Letter of Acceptance.

  • The congress will be held on February 4–6, 2027.

  • Onsite (in-person) presentations will be scheduled on February 4–5, 2027.

  • Online presentations will be held on February 5–6, 2027.

  • Participants may attend the congress either onsite or online.

  • Early submission is strongly recommended, as scientific sessions are organised according to discipline and research topic to facilitate interaction among researchers working in similar fields.

In-Person Participation: £250

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the congress for any reason, you may request a refund until January 15, 2027. In such cases, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Refund requests submitted after this date will not be considered.

Visa Refusal Policy

If your UK visa application is refused, you may request a refund by providing the official visa refusal document. In this case, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded regardless of the refund deadline. In addition, you will be offered the opportunity to present your research online (live virtual presentation).

Important Payment Information

  • Please do not make any payment until you receive the official notification confirming that your abstract has been accepted.

  • After your payment has been verified, an Official Letter of Acceptance will be issued.

  • Participants attending in person may use the official acceptance letter to support their UK visa application.

Publication Opportunities

  • Publication of accepted abstracts in the ISBN Abstract Book is mandatory for all registered participants.

  • Submission of a full paper is optional. Authors who wish to publish their full paper may do so without any additional publication fee. Full papers will be included in the ISBN Proceedings Book.

  • Authors who choose not to publish their full paper in the proceedings are free to develop their work into a journal article and submit it to any journal of their choice, provided that the published conference abstract is properly cited.

  • Once a full paper has been published in the ISBN Proceedings Book, it is regarded as a formal publication. Therefore, the same manuscript must not be submitted or published elsewhere as a journal article. Doing so may constitute a breach of publication ethics for both the author and the publishing journal.

  • The Abstract Book and the ISBN Proceedings Book will be published by Liberty Publishing House.

  • This congress does not offer journal publication opportunities or special issue agreements. The official publication outputs of the congress are limited to the ISBN Abstract Book and the ISBN Proceedings Book.

The congress will take place at the United Kingdom Supreme Court, one of the UK's most prestigious landmark buildings, located in Parliament Square, Westminster, London

Accommodation

As our congress welcomes researchers from different countries and diverse economic backgrounds, no official hotel partnership has been arranged. This allows participants to choose accommodation that best suits their budget and personal preferences. Participants are kindly requested to make their own hotel reservations. The congress venue is located at Parliament Square, Westminster, London; therefore, we recommend selecting accommodation within convenient distance of this location.

Visa Application Process

  1. Complete the online visa application form.

  2. Pay the visa application fee.

  3. Book a biometric appointment at the nearest UK Visa Application Centre.

  4. Submit the required supporting documents.

  5. Attend the biometric appointment and await the visa decision.

Please note that British Congress cannot influence or guarantee visa decisions. All applications are assessed solely by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).

Participants are strongly advised to apply for their visa at least 6–8 weeks before the congress to allow sufficient processing time.

Important: Please do not apply for a visa before receiving your Official Letter of Acceptance from the Organising Committee.
