SUBMISSON STEPS
1- Please submit your abstract/paper via email to contact@uyad.net
2- Abstract evaluation process takes about 3-5 days. If your paper is accepted by referees you will be informed via email
3- After receiving acceptance mail please make your payment via credit card and send a copy of payment receipt via email
4- After your payment we will send you an official acceptance letter
5- The conference presentation program will be announced in January 8, 2025. In January 8, 2025 visit our web site and download the presentation program. Check your name and paper in program
6- Conference program includes Zoom ID and password for online participants. The conference venue address in Central London Parliament Square, Westminster will be included in the program
7- On conference days you can join in the meeting and make your presentation. After your presentation we will send you participation certificates (for all authors)
8- Full text submission is not mandatory. However if you want to publish full text in proceedings book please send your full paper to contact@uyad.net via email as word format
FEE
Online participation fee via zoom: 50 USD

- please make your payment only after receiving an acceptance mail. Don't pay before the acceptance mail. After your payment we will send your official acceptance letter
- Fee is not affected by the number of authors. For one paper, one payment is enough
- Fee includes online participation and presentation, PDF certificate and publishing in proceedings book
In Person participation fee in London: 350 USD
- Please make your payment only after receiving the acceptance mail. Don't pay before the acceptance mail. For in person participation to get an acceptance letter (for making a visa application etc if applicable) you need to pay 50 USD. After your payment we will send you official acceptance letter
- After getting visa please pay the rest of in person participation fee (300 USD)
- Fee is not affected the number of authors. For one paper, one payment is enough
- Fee includes in person participation of one author, presentation, PDF and printed certificate, printed ID card and publishing in proceedings book, coffee break
Abstract Format
The acceptable word range for the abstract is 250 – 300 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.. Please download the abstract template given and you are requested to follow the format carefully for your abstract submission. Abstracts which do not apply to the correct format will be rejected. The primary language of the conference is English, you welcome to submit in other conference languages.

Full Text Format
If your abstract is accepted and you have paid the registration fee for the congress you are encouraged to submit manuscripts before January 5, 2025
Final manuscripts must be sent to contact@uyad.net
We accept the submission of high quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical work or research in all of the areas mentioned. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
